Founder, Principal
Summer Jansen is the Founder and Principal of Summer Design Haus, a Dallas-based residential design studio rooted in materiality, architectural lineage, and sculptural form. Her work explores the dialogue between past and present, reinterpreting historical influences through a contemporary lens to create interiors that feel both storied and forward.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Interior Architectural Design from Florida State University, Summer began her career in Dallas, contributing to notable projects through firms including Corgan, Wilson Associates, Wendy Konradi Interior Design, and Chad Dorsey Design. Her experience spans Ritz-Carlton residences, the Guitar Hotel in South Florida, a luxury penthouse in Hong Kong, and private celebrity residences.
Through Summer Design Haus, she creates thoughtful environments that balance sophistication, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of how design shapes the way people live.
